Do you want to advance the way of working? The ADVANCE turns things upside down.

Keep the panel on the machine and start cutting from the bottom instead of from the top! The benefits? No more intermediate stocking of strips can save a lot of time and energy.

Available as manual or automatic, the ADVANCE machines make cutting panels to size easier than ever before. How? By literally turning the way you work up side down. The advance clamps hold the panel(s) on the machine and eliminate the need for manipulation, turning or stocking strips in between horizontal and vertical cuts. Moreover it offers the possibility to trim the bottom of (multiple) panels.

Characteristics

4kW-S6 motor

The Advance is standard equipped with a powerful 4 kW-S6 motor.

Advance clamps

Lifting of the panels for the bottom reference cut and for strip cutting from the bottom, allowing strips to be cut to size without taking them of the machine and bringing them back on for temporary stocking in between.

Automatic shifting backframe

To prevent damaging the support strips when cutting horizontally, the backframe is automatically lifted when the saw blade is at the height of one of the strips.

Aluminium bottom rollers with panel clamp

An Advance is standard equipped with double bearing aluminium bottom rollers. These are always combined with a pneumatic panel clamp to hold the panels while cutting.

Heavy, self-rigid carrying guidance modules

600 x 100 mm rectangular steel casing for free standing machine frame, with tension-free hardened steel bar guidance module for horizontal travel.

Entry and exit rollers for panel handling

Left- and right-side entry and exit rollers for easy panel handling.

Clip board for job cards

Clip board on the operator panel to hold up the paperwork.

Digital read out vertical cutting

For easily setting the measurement of your work piece. The accuracy is 0,1mm.
